Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that show signs of use are not eligible for return.
To help us evaluate a return request, we may request photographs of the item and its packaging.

You may request a return within fourteen (14) days of carrier-confirmed delivery by contacting us at planners@bycdanipatrice.com. Proof of purchase is required.  Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.  

Please contact us to request a return before sending any items back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address. Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender, unless otherwise required by law.

You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Sale items are eligible for return under our Return Policy, unless otherwise marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for cancellation, modification, return or refund. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations Before Order is Fulfilled 
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at planners@bycdanipatrice.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, though it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

During peak seasons or sales events, orders may be processed more quickly, so please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Final Sale items cannot be cancelled, modified, returned or refunded once an order is placed, even if the order has not yet shipped.

Cancellations After Fulfillment 
Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible items may still be returned in accordance with this Return Policy after delivery.
